Registration Information

The club has moved back to a one sport fee with the exception of those participating in Fall Football, they can also play basketball, if desired, for the fee of $180.  Each sport session is $90 per athlete.  There is no longer a sibling discount.  A player can participate in as many non concurrent sports throughout the year with the exception of Track and Field.

If you are new to the club, you must create an account before registering.  Greenbelt Boys and Girls Club offers a membership fee but not a sport fee.

GBGC will continue to offer a Spring Flag Football League; however, Spring Soccer will not be offered. 

Track and Field is the only sport that is offered concurrently with another sport during the year such as Track/Spring flag football.  Players will be unregistered from one sport if they do not abide by the rule.

All players MUST use a Maryland Motor Vehicle ID card to participate for the Greenbelt Boys and Girls Club activities with the exception of Track and Field.  It takes about seven days to receive the MVA ID card after an application is fully completed with the Motor Vehicle Administration.

Steps to Register for Greenbelt Boys and Girls Club
  • Go to
  • At the top right corner, click the tab ‘Log In’.
  • If you are a previous user, login with your user name and password. (You can always reset your password if forgotten).
  • If you are a new user, click on the ‘Create an Account’ tab and proceed through creating a new account.  You will then receive an email momentarily about your new account.  Use the link and continue to the login process.
  • Depending on how the account populates, you may have to click on a link that says ‘Switch To My Personal Account’ at the top of the page.  Otherwise, the page should say:  “Welcome – your first name”.
  • Select the tab ‘Register to Play/Participate’ to register a player.
  • Or select the tab ‘Apply to Coach/Volunteer’ to register yourself as a coach or team parent.
  • Please select the child’s name and click on ‘Register Now’.  This process must be repeated for each child and each sport individually.
  • Complete your registration and payment.
  • An acknowledgement email will be sent immediately to your email address on file.  Save the email as a proof of registration.

VERY IMPORTANT – Please make sure to read the Welcome page on the website; it addresses the majority of questions you may have.

If you have any questions about payment, coach discount, or other issues; do not continue any further.  Contact the Registrar at to rectify the issue before making any payments.  A partial refund may be available once the registration is completed.  Full refund is not applicable.  There is no refund, partial or full, once an athlete participates in at least one practice session.
